We offer: An on-site wedding coordinator that will work with you every step of the way in planning your weddings. A myriad of rooms to choose from, each with its own special ambience in which all have gorgeous views of our manicured 18 hole championship golf course. We are versatile in accommodating weddings of all sizes. Outside wedding ceremonies and receptions, with the ability to dine under the stars. Easy directions from I-87. Bridal suite with complimentary hors d'ouvres and champagne are yours with the Grand Ballroom package. Ability to design your own menu and free consultation with our award winning Chef. 5 hours of PRIVACY for whichever venue that you choose with the ability to extend the soirée for as long as you like. (Extension fees applies $) Overnight lodging accommodations offered very close by. Free use of our gorgeous centerpieces. Free use of our Hiland referral list. Attentive, plentiful, well-trained servers attired in formal garb. Guests are free to walk around our property, hence not restricted to being indoors for the entire event. THE GRAND BALLROOM
43' x 52', private room on the main floor this is predominantly used in conjunction with the Banquet Reception Room. Arched ceilings, chandelier and mirror adorned, window plentiful, and elegant motif makes this room perfect for any occasion. Accompanying Veranda affords you the ability to wine and dine outside and is the perfect place to be a witness or participate in a marriage ceremony. BANQUET RECEPTION ROOM - 29' x 35', private room on the main floor with fire place and built in the wall bar. Chandelier lit, this room offers you the comfort and elegance to hold your meetings/holiday parties/anniversaries in. THE LIBRARY - 23' x 19', private room on the main floor, with a picturesque view of the golf course. Ample seating for 25-30 people. Built in fireplace which is surrounded by solid oak paneling, creates a distinguished atmosphere for your meeting or special event. THE MASTERS DINING ROOM - 27' x 'l7', meeting/dining room, boasting panoramic views of the Adirondack Mountains. Fireplace, wing back seating available upon request and the ability to combine this room with the East of Eden Room and/or Garden Room for larger functions. THE WEST WING - 26' x 22', semi-private room on the main floor, fireplace, dazzling view of the golf course. This room is perfect for meetings, luncheons, dinners, bridal showers and wedding rehearsal dinners. CORPORATE BOARDROOM - 24' x 24', private room on the second floor with a 16' x 5' walnut conference table that seats 12 people comfortably in wing back chairs. Built in projection screen, fax and copier at your disposal. Breakfast, Break and Luncheon Menus are available to you for your meeting. THE PARLOR - 25' x 12', semi-private room on the main floor. Wicker seating, flowery ambiance, view of the first tee, occupancy for 19 people. Originally constructed for woman's weekly Bridge Tournaments, but has been since used frequently as the perfect place for a small breakfast, luncheon or break-out meeting room.
THE GARDEN ROOM - 37' x 10', semi-private room on the main floor that overlooks our manicured, landscaped garden, the Adirondack Mountains and the 18`x' green. Seats 40 people. The perfect area to watch the sunset and to enjoy a heavenly banquet dinner.
